- Offers off-cycle internship slots throughout the year with exposure to milestone transactions.

Internship Responsibilities
- Perform quantitative and qualitative company, market, and sector analysis.
- Conduct financial valuation including discounted cash flow and multiples-based analyses.
- Prepare pitchbooks and materials for live deals.
- Analyze detailed corporate and financial information.
- Participate in execution of M&A and IPO transactions.
