Role and Responsibilities
- Assist in execution of M&A and advisory transactions.
- Prepare pitchbooks and live deal marketing materials.
- Participate in due diligence and drafting sessions.
- Prepare and deliver client presentations.
- Build and use financial models including DCF, LBO, and multiples.

Candidate Requirements
- Fluency in English and German is required.
- Eager to perform hands-on work on active deal teams.
- Ability to multitask and manage various projects simultaneously.
- Strong technical, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
