Role Responsibilities
- Support development and enhancement of equity trading, risk, and post-trade technology solutions.
- Partner with traders, sales, quants, and operations to translate requirements into technical deliverables.
- Implement, test, and maintain applications ensuring stability and responsiveness.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues to maintain system reliability during market hours.
- Contribute to data analysis, system monitoring, and reporting for decision-making.

- Global Equity Technology team builds solutions across equity products including algo and portfolio trading.
- Operate in a 24x7 follow-the-Sun model across major trading hubs worldwide.
- Use diverse technologies: Python, Java, C++, C#, HTML5, D3, cloud computing, AI/ML tools.
- Focus on high-performance messaging, in-memory databases, and scalable cloud platforms.
- Team integrates closely with traders, researchers, and sales for business-driven technology.

Candidate Requirements
- Graduating with Bachelor's or Master's degree between October 2025 and June 2026.
- Ability to learn quickly and collaborate in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Technical skills in Matlab, KDB, SQL, C++, Java, Visual Basic, C# .Net.
- Knowledge of Bloomberg API and databases like Oracle, MS SQL, Sybase.
