2027 Equities Sales & Trading Summer Analyst Program - Prime Services - Hong Kong

About the role

The 2027 Equities Sales & Trading Summer Analyst Program in Hong Kong supports Prime Services teams serving institutional clients. Interns gain hands-on exposure to financing, execution, portfolio monitoring, market analysis, trade lifecycle management, and desk technology while collaborating across trading, operations, risk, legal, onboarding, and technology teams.

Responsibilities

• Support Prime Services teams serving hedge fund, asset manager, and institutional clients across financing and execution.
• Monitor portfolios, financing positions, margin utilization, trading activity, reconciliations, and trade lifecycle exceptions.
• Analyze client activity, financing trends, and market developments to identify opportunities and support client discussions.
• Build analytical tools, dashboards, and automated processes using Excel, VBA, Python, Power BI, or similar technologies.
• Collaborate with trading, operations, risk, legal, onboarding, and technology teams to facilitate client activity.
• Develop understanding of Prime Services products, client workflows, market structure, and relevant regulatory developments.
