Key Responsibilities
- Monitor market conditions and contribute to trade ideas and execution.
- Support pre-trade and post-trade processes including booking and reconciliation.
- Shadow senior traders to learn execution strategies across asset classes.
- Build and maintain tools to monitor client portfolios and trading activity.
- Use programming skills (Excel VBA, Python) to automate desk tasks.

Desired Skills and Qualifications
- Penultimate year university students graduating Dec 2026 - Jul 2027.
- Strong academic background with minimum 3.6 GPA or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Excel; VBA, Python or scripting languages a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive learner with ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
