About the role

Jefferies offers a 3-month off-cycle Investment Banking internship in Tel Aviv starting November 2026. Interns gain hands-on experience in M&A, advisory, and capital markets, working closely with senior bankers on live deals within the Israeli market.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist and lead execution of M&A, advisory transactions, and IPOs.
• Prepare and deliver client presentations and marketing materials.
• Analyze business plans and value companies using various methodologies.
• Draft offering memoranda, confidential information memoranda, and prospectuses.
• Participate in due diligence, drafting sessions, and client calls.
• Manage delivery of internal deal memos and support multiple projects simultaneously.

Team and Environment

• Work within Jefferies Israel Group, bridging Israel and global capital markets.
• Collaborate with a 16-person team across New York, Tel Aviv, and London.
• Engage with senior and junior bankers globally on Israeli investment banking efforts.
• Experience a lean deal team structure for hands-on learning and relationship building.
• Interact directly with clients and attend client meetings.
• Contribute creatively and add value from day one with integrity and collaboration.

Candidate Requirements

• Fluent in Hebrew and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong academic credentials and professional drive.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple transactions.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
• Previous investment banking or corporate finance experience is advantageous.
