Responsibilities
- Perform financial valuation including discounted cash flow and multiples analyses.
- Build and maintain financial models.
- Assist in preparing pitchbooks and deal materials like offering memorandums.
- Conduct industry and product research.
- Analyze detailed corporate and financial information.
- Participate in execution of financings and M&A transactions.
Candidate Requirements
- Penultimate year university students graduating between Oct 2027 and June 2028.
- Minimum GPA of 3.6 or equivalent with strong academic background.
- Strong multitasking, communication, and client management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, independently and in teams.
- Background in accounting or finance helpful but not required.
- Asian language skills and Southeast Asia language fluency preferred.
Location and Eligibility
- Position based in Singapore with valid work permit or Singapore core citizenship required.
- Ideal candidates possess spoken and written fluency in a Southeast Asia language.
