Responsibilities
- Perform financial valuation including discounted cash flow and multiples analyses.
- Build and maintain financial models.
- Prepare pitchbooks and live deal materials like offering memorandums and prospectuses.
- Conduct industry and product research.
- Analyze detailed corporate and financial information.
- Participate in execution of financings and M&A transactions.
Candidate Requirements
- Penultimate year university students with strong academic background (minimum 3.6 GPA or equivalent).
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong technical, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Professionalism and client management skills essential.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt independently or in teams.
- Proficiency in Asian languages is an advantage but not required.
