2027 Investment Banking Off Cycle Internship Programme - Saudi Arabia, MENA (January - June)

About the role

Six-month investment banking internship in Jefferies’ MENA team, based in Riyadh from January 2027. Interns support senior bankers on pitches and live M&A, equity and debt transactions, while developing valuation, financial modelling, research and client-facing skills. Travel to other regional offices may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform financial valuation, discounted cash flow and multiples-based analysis.
• Build and operate financial models for investment banking assignments.
• Prepare pitchbooks, management presentations, offering memorandums and prospectuses.
• Conduct industry, product, corporate and financial research and analysis.
• Participate in M&A, equity and debt transaction execution.
• Interact with clients and potential buyers.

Team and internship experience

• Join Jefferies’ MENA Investment Banking team, covering M&A, equity capital markets and debt capital markets.
• Work closely with senior bankers on pitches and live deals within lean deal teams.
• Gain exposure to Jefferies’ global investment banking products and industry expertise.
• The team comprises approximately 10–15 bankers and continues expanding its regional franchise.
• Travel to other offices in the region may be required.

• Fluency in Arabic is required.
