About the Role

• Internship runs January to June 2027 in Dubai office.
• Work closely with senior bankers on live deals and pitches.
• Gain exposure to M&A, equity and debt transactions.
• Perform financial valuation and build financial models.
• Conduct industry and product research.
• Participate in execution of transactions and client interactions.

Candidate Requirements

• Strong academic credentials and professional drive.
• Ability to work in a global team with a self-starting approach.
• Quantitative skills, accuracy, flexibility, and dedication.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Previous investment banking or corporate finance experience is a plus.
• Fluency in Arabic is advantageous but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform discounted cash flow and multiples-based financial analysis.
• Prepare pitchbooks, management presentations, and deal materials.
• Analyze detailed corporate and financial information.
• Support execution of M&A, equity, and debt transactions.
• Engage with clients and potential buyers.
• Help expand the MENA office and franchise.
