Role and Responsibilities
- Work closely with full-time ML researchers on selected projects combining novel ideas and real-world trading relevance.
- Conduct end-to-end studies on unexplored datasets and experiment with new modeling paradigms.
- Analyze market data, tune hyperparameters, debug training issues, and evaluate model predictions.
- Collaborate with colleagues across different expertise areas to solve complex problems.
- Apply state-of-the-art ML techniques in a competitive multi-agent trading environment.

- Undergraduate, PhD student, or postdoc with practical ML experience.
- Strong logical and mathematical thinking skills.
- Curious about ML landscape and eager to apply diverse techniques.
- Proficient in Python and ML frameworks for rapid implementation and iteration.
