Role and Responsibilities
- Support, configure, and operate systems across desktop, network, and application platforms.
- Respond to technology support requests and assist in office environment improvements.
- Build and configure Windows and Linux devices; support Windows domain infrastructure.
- Monitor and support systems; optimize workflows using tools like PowerShell.
- Troubleshoot technical issues at desktop, server, and network levels.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation.
Candidate Profile
- Knowledgeable of computer hardware components and their interactions.
- Familiar with Windows operating system and interested in networking or system administration.
- Eager to help people, communicate clearly, and solve problems collaboratively.
- Reliable team player with a proactive, humble attitude and willingness to ask questions.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and hands-on technical problem solving.
- Some familiarity with scripting languages like PowerShell or Bash is a plus.
