Role and Responsibilities
- Support, configure, and operate systems across desktop, network, and application platforms.
- Respond to technology support requests and assist in office environment improvements.
- Build and configure Windows and Linux devices, support Windows domain infrastructure.
- Monitor and support systems, optimize workflows using tools like PowerShell.
- Collaborate with mentors on real-world projects needed by the team.

Candidate Profile
- Available to work 40 hours/week in Hong Kong office, Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
- Knowledgeable about computer hardware components and Windows OS.
- Interested in networking, programming, or system administration.
- Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to help others.
- Reliable team player with a humble attitude, comfortable asking questions.

- Familiarity with scripting languages like PowerShell or Bash is a plus.
- Fluent in English.
