Role and Responsibilities
- Complete two rotations within the Technology organisation.
- Participate in end-to-end delivery of technology solutions.
- Learn and apply business analysis and project management techniques.
- Understand Invesco's business and fund management industry.
- Explore various functions within the technology department.

Candidate Requirements
- IT literate with working knowledge of Excel.
- Familiarity with agile scrum process is a plus.
- Good interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Organised with attention to detail.
- Keen interest in technology.

Programme Details
- 12-month fixed term contract starting September 2026.
- Salary of £26,500 per annum.
- Full-time role based in Henley-on-Thames, Oxfordshire.
- Hybrid working options available.
- Right to work in the UK until at least October 2027 required.
