Role Responsibilities
- Support Senior Director in European living investments, focusing on student housing.
- Conduct research for new living asset classes and prepare market opportunity materials.
- Assist asset management processes and prepare performance reports.
- Analyze investment opportunities, including cash flow modeling and sensitivity analysis.
- Track capital market activity and maintain investment market contacts.
