Early Career Intern - Strategy and Transformation

About the role

Summer internship in Invesco’s Corporate Strategy and Finance Group, providing balanced exposure to Corporate Strategy, the Internal Consulting Office, and Enterprise Transformation Office. You will research markets, analyze business data, support strategic and transformation initiatives, prepare executive materials, and work with senior stakeholders at a global asset manager.

Role and Team

• Based in Corporate Strategy, with balanced project exposure across Corporate Strategy, ICO, and ETO.
• Work with team leaders, global business and functional partners, and senior stakeholders.
• Contribute to initiatives affecting clients, employees, operating models, and financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Research industry trends, competitive dynamics, market developments, and emerging technologies.
• Analyze client, product, regional, financial performance, and operational data to identify opportunities and challenges.
• Support strategic planning, problem solving, operating model design, decision support, and change management.
• Assist transformation portfolio management, dependency mapping, prioritization, dashboards, governance, and benefits tracking.
• Prepare executive presentations, business cases, financial models, frameworks, recommendations, and other communications.
• Participate in meetings and workshops; synthesize decisions, risks, actions, and insights into executable plans.

Program Experience

• Gain practical experience across corporate strategy, internal consulting, and enterprise transformation.
• Receive mentor support, leadership exposure, intern networking, peer sponsorship, and development activities.
• Participate in networking events, Leadership Connection sessions, Virtual Lunch and Learns, and volunteer events.
• Strong performance may lead to consideration for Invesco’s full-time Early Career Program after graduation.

Work Arrangement

• The role is based in Atlanta, Georgia, and requires working from an available Invesco office.
• Invesco’s workplace model requires at least four full days weekly in an office as of October 1, 2025.
• Relocation and housing are not included if an offer is extended.
