Early Career Intern - Technology

About the role

Nine-week summer internship in Invesco’s Distribution Technology team for rising juniors graduating by summer 2028. Interns gain hands-on experience through technology projects, mentorship, training, networking, and volunteer activities while developing capabilities across analysis, project management, development, architecture, quality assurance, or infrastructure engineering. Successful interns may be considered for full-time opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Learn Invesco’s business model and growth strategy across products, investments, sales, operations, and corporate services.
• Develop professional skills and build networking relationships across Invesco and the investment industry.
• Shadow end-to-end technology solutions and contribute to technology team meetings, projects, and improvement ideas.
• Build capabilities in business analysis, project management, application development, web development, or enterprise architecture.
• Develop technical, business, analytical, organizational, and collaborative skills through varied project work.

Program Experience

• Participate in a nine-week summer internship beginning in June 2027.
• Receive one-on-one mentorship and participate in orientation, networking events, and development workshops.
• Complete cultural, technology, and management training throughout the internship.
• Join intern community activities, including volunteer events, leadership sessions, and virtual lunch-and-learns.
• Strong performance may lead to eligibility for a full-time Early Career Program offer after graduation.

Workplace

• The role is based in the Invesco office where the position is available.
• Invesco’s workplace model currently expects employees to work at least four full days weekly in an office.
• Relocation and housing are not provided if an offer is extended.
