Program Overview

• 9-week summer internship starting June 2027 in Dallas, Texas.

Responsibilities

• Gain exposure to all Invesco Real Estate business lines and asset classes.
• Receive training on business facets and professional skills.
• Work alongside professionals on deals and transactions.
• Participate in client meetings, contract negotiations, and due diligence.
• Prepare and update financial models using Excel and Argus.
• Support written analysis and investment evaluations.

Minimum Qualifications

• Enrolled in bachelor's program, rising Junior, graduating by summer 2028.
• Minimum GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Open to all majors; emphasis on Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
• Strong leadership, initiative, interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. permanently; no sponsorship provided.

Preferred Qualifications

• Curiosity about finance, economics, and capital markets.
• Prior internship in real estate investment management preferred.
• Familiarity with Argus Enterprise is a plus.
