Responsibilities

• Participate in client meetings, contract negotiations, and due diligence.
• Prepare and update financial models using Excel and Argus.
• Support written analysis and evaluations of investment opportunities.

Minimum Qualifications

• Currently enrolled bachelor’s student, rising Junior, graduating by summer 2028.
• Minimum GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Open to all majors; emphasis on Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
• Strong leadership, initiative, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. permanently; no visa sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications

• Curiosity about finance, economics, and capital markets.
• Prior internship in real estate investment management preferred.
• Familiarity with Argus Enterprise is a plus.
