Program Details

• 9-week summer internship starting June 2027 in San Francisco office
• Hands-on experience with real estate investment teams (Equity or Credit)
• Includes orientation, networking, workshops, and volunteer activities

• End-of-summer capstone project and real-world cash studies

Responsibilities

• Gain exposure to all Invesco Real Estate business lines and asset classes
• Assist in preparing and updating financial models using Excel and Argus
• Support analysis and evaluation of investment opportunities
• Participate in contract negotiations and due diligence meetings
• Collaborate with professionals on deals and transactions
• Engage in internal and external client meetings

Minimum Qualifications

• Currently enrolled bachelor’s student, rising Junior, graduating by summer 2028
• Minimum GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Open to all majors; emphasis on Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business
• Strong leadership, initiative, analytical, and organizational skills
• Authorized to work in the U.S. permanently; no visa sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

• Curiosity about finance, economics, and capital markets
• Prior internship in real estate investment management preferred
• Familiarity with Argus Enterprise is a plus
