About the role

Join Invesco’s nine-week Summer Internship Program in Atlanta and support Procurement across sourcing, buying, supplier management, analytics, contracts, governance, third-party risk, and AI-enabled improvement. You’ll work with cross-functional partners, build practical business skills, and may be considered for a full-time Early Career Program offer after graduation based on performance.

Responsibilities

  • Support procurement requests by gathering business requirements, supplier information, pricing, and documentation.
  • Assist buying and sourcing processes through supplier comparisons, action tracking, and recommendation preparation.
  • Analyze spend, supplier, market, and contract data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and improvements.
  • Support supplier onboarding, governance, third-party risk reviews, due diligence, approvals, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain trackers, dashboards, reports, and management information covering savings, performance, risk, and operational progress.
  • Organize contract and statement-of-work documentation, prepare decision materials, and identify AI-enabled improvement opportunities.

Program Experience

  • Gain exposure to buying, sourcing, supplier management, analytics, contracting, governance, reporting, and third-party risk.
  • Participate in orientation, networking events, development workshops, and volunteer activities with the intern cohort.
  • Work with procurement professionals, business partners, leaders, and teams across Legal, Finance, Technology, Operations, HR, Marketing, and Facilities.
  • Support meaningful projects designed to improve processes, controls, risk management, efficiency, and business outcomes.
  • Develop communication, analysis, stakeholder management, prioritization, and problem-solving skills with mentor support.
  • Strong performance may lead to consideration for a full-time Early Career Program offer after graduation.

Work Arrangement

  • The position is full-time and classified as a student/intern fixed-term role.
  • Applicants must be able to work in an Invesco office where the program is available.
  • Invesco’s workplace model includes at least four full days per week in an office, effective October 1, 2025.
  • Relocation and housing are not included if an offer is extended.
