Join Invesco's 9-week Fundamental Equities COO Office Summer Internship in Atlanta or New York. Gain hands-on experience in operations, technology, strategy, and people management within a global investment firm. Eligible for full-time offers post-internship.

Role and Responsibilities

• Support operations and governance by identifying solutions and assisting in meetings.
• Work hands-on with technology and AI tools like Copilot to create and test new opportunities.
• Assist in strategy and planning through research, benchmarking, and analysis.
• Support people and talent workstreams on the platform.
• Help assemble management information, scorecards, and board materials.

Minimum Qualifications

• Currently enrolled bachelor’s student, rising Junior, graduating by summer 2028.
• Minimum GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale.
• All majors welcome; emphasis on finance, accounting, math, economics, computer science, engineering, data analytics, or business.
• Interest in investments required.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. permanently; no visa sponsorship provided.
• Must work in Atlanta office; relocation not included.

Preferred Qualifications

• Creative problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
• Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines in fast-paced environments.
• Prior investment management internship preferred.
• Experience with market data analysis and AI tools.
• Intermediate skills in Python, SQL, Power BI, Bloomberg Terminal, R Studio, or Excel.

Work Details

• Part-time, fixed-term student/intern position.
• Compensation: $40 per hour.
• Workplace model requires at least four days per week in office starting October 2025.
