Early Career Intern - Marketing (ETF)

About the role

Nine-week, full-time summer internship in Invesco’s New York City ETF Marketing team, beginning June 2027. Interns support integrated campaigns, create content, translate investment concepts, analyze performance, and collaborate across marketing, product, distribution, digital, creative, and compliance teams. Mentorship, development activities, and potential post-graduation Early Career Program opportunities are included.

Responsibilities

• Support ETF marketing campaign development and execution by coordinating deliverables, timelines, accuracy, consistency, and cross-channel alignment.
• Create and review emails, articles, website and social content, and sales-support marketing materials.
• Translate investment concepts and ETF product information into clear, engaging content for financial professionals and investors.
• Collaborate with ETF Marketing, Segment Marketing, Product, Distribution, Digital, Creative, Compliance, and other teams.
• Analyze campaign and content performance, summarize findings, and identify opportunities to improve future marketing efforts.
• Use approved AI tools to support content development, analysis, and more efficient ways of working.

Program Experience

• Join an intern cohort for orientation, networking events, development workshops, lunch-and-learns, and volunteer activities.
• Receive hands-on experience, one-on-one mentorship, and exposure to teams at a global investment firm.
• Participate in the Peer Sponsor Program, Leadership Connection series, and company networking events.
• Successful interns could be eligible for a full-time Early Career Program offer after graduation.

Practical Details

• This is a full-time, fixed-term student or intern position based in New York City.
• Invesco’s workplace policy expects at least four full days each week working in an office.
• Relocation and housing are not included if an offer is extended.
