Early Career Intern - Human Resources

About the role

Nine-week Summer Internship Program opportunity in Human Resources at Invesco’s Atlanta office, beginning June 2027. Interns rotate through HR Centers of Excellence, contribute to cross-functional initiatives, use data and analytics, and support AI-driven process improvements. The program includes mentorship, development activities, networking, and potential eligibility for a full-time Early Career Program offer after graduation.

Role and Responsibilities

• Rotate across HR Centers of Excellence, including HR Operations and Talent Acquisition, to understand HR support for employees and business objectives.
• Partner with cross-functional teams on meaningful HR initiatives and projects.
• Use data and analytics to identify insights and support improvements in Compensation, Talent Acquisition, and Employee Experience.
• Contribute to AI-driven initiatives enhancing employee experience and automating routine HR processes.

Program Experience

• Receive one-on-one mentorship and participate in orientation, networking events, development workshops, and volunteer activities.
• Join an intern cohort with company networking, peer sponsorship, leadership connections, and virtual lunch-and-learns.
• Successful interns may be eligible for a full-time Early Career Program offer after graduation.

Workplace and Compensation

• Full-time, fixed-term student/intern position based in Atlanta, Georgia.
• Current policy expects employees to work at least four full days each week in an Invesco office.
• Relocation and housing are not included if an offer is extended.
