MBA Intern, Portfolio Management (INREIT)
MBA Intern supports portfolio management of Invesco's public non-listed REIT, gaining hands-on experience in real estate investment analysis and fund decision-making.

Role Overview
- Support strategic and operational management of INREIT portfolio.
- Assist with asset-level analysis, fund modeling, valuations, and investor materials.
- Gain exposure to real estate portfolio management and investment decisions.
- Work closely with portfolio management and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Track investment objectives at asset and fund levels.
- Support monthly valuation process and review forecasts and appraisals.
- Analyze asset and fund performance against benchmarks.
- Maintain and update fund models and run scenario analyses.
- Collaborate with Operations, Accounting, Legal, and Product teams.

Candidate Qualifications
- Enrolled in MBA program focused on Finance, Real Estate, or Strategy.
- Preferred experience in real estate, investment banking, or asset management.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; Argus experience a plus.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams in fast-paced environment.
