Early Career Intern - ETF Product

About the role

This nine-week summer internship gives students hands-on experience supporting ETF product development at Invesco. Interns research markets, analyze competition and trends, support sales inquiries, collaborate with index providers, and contribute to U.S. ETF launches and updates while building cross-functional exposure in global investment management.

Responsibilities

• Research markets and create or update product outlook materials.
• Analyze the ETF competitive landscape and identify relevant market trends.
• Provide analytical insights supporting internal sales inquiries with Product Strategists.
• Run internal reports, identify trends, and summarize findings for senior leaders.
• Coordinate data analysis with index providers to support product innovation.
• Contribute to ad hoc projects and U.S. ETF launches and updates.

Program Experience

• Participate in orientation, networking events, development workshops, and volunteer activities.
• Work alongside ETF Product Strategy and Research teams on meaningful initiatives.
• Receive mentoring through Invesco’s mentor and peer sponsor programs.
• Strong performance may lead to eligibility for a full-time Early Career Program offer.

Workplace And Compensation

• The role is full-time and based in Invesco’s Downers Grove, Illinois office.
• Current workplace policy expects employees to work at least four full days weekly in an Invesco office.
• Compensation is $37 per hour.
