Early Career Intern - Digital Asset

About the role

Nine-week Digital Assets Summer Internship in Invesco’s New York office, supporting global digital asset strategy across tokenized funds, blockchain infrastructure, product development, and commercialization. Interns conduct market research, prepare presentations, collaborate cross-functionally, receive mentorship and development opportunities, and may be considered for future full-time roles.

Role and Team

• Support Invesco’s global digital assets strategy across tokenized funds, blockchain infrastructure, investment products, and onchain opportunities.
• Work with investment, distribution, technology, legal, compliance, risk, and operations stakeholders from the New York office.

Responsibilities

• Develop executive presentations, market insights, competitive analyses, and product materials for strategic initiatives.
• Research tokenization, stablecoins, blockchain infrastructure, digital asset managers, and asset servicers to identify trends and opportunities.
• Contribute ideas during team meetings to improve product offerings and processes.
• Support projects involving tokenized funds, blockchain infrastructure, product development, client education, and strategic partnerships.
• Collaborate on product development and commercialization efforts across cross-functional teams.

Program Experience

• Participate in orientation, networking events, development workshops, volunteer activities, and virtual learning opportunities.
• Receive mentorship through Invesco’s mentor and peer sponsor programs.
• Strong internship performance may lead to consideration for Invesco’s Early Career Program after graduation.
