Intern, Invesco Real Estate (3 months)

About the role

Three-month, full-time internship with Invesco Real Estate in Hong Kong, supporting APAC portfolio and fund management, investment underwriting, financial modelling, market research, reporting, fundraising, and strategic projects. The role suits current students or recent graduates in finance-related disciplines with strong analytical, communication, organisational, and Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Compile industry research and market intelligence for senior management.
• Prepare presentations for investors, management committees, and business reviews.
• Support fundraising, product development, strategic planning, ESG, and data analytics projects.
• Monitor APAC portfolio performance and support quarterly portfolio and investor reporting.
• Track occupancy, rental growth, leasing activity, valuations, and capital expenditure metrics.
• Assist with financial modelling, investment underwriting, market research, and investment memoranda.

Work Arrangement

• Full-time Student/Intern position with a fixed-term arrangement.
• Hybrid workplace model with at least four office days and one day outside the office weekly.
