Launchpad - Software Engineering
Launchpad is a three-day in-person discovery program in Sydney for students graduating in 2028 or later, exploring software engineering in trading. Participants engage in coding, technical workshops, and networking with IMC engineers and traders.

- Three-day program held in October 2026 at IMC's Sydney office.

- Focus on real-time trading software engineering and low latency concepts.

Who We're Looking For
- Students graduating in 2028 or 2029 from Australian or New Zealand universities.
- Academic background in computer science, software or computer engineering, electrical engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum high distinction average or equivalent required.
- Strong programming fundamentals, at least in Python.
- Experience with C++ or Java is desirable but not mandatory.
