Launchpad is a three-day in-person discovery program in Sydney for students graduating in 2028/29 interested in quantitative trading and research. Participants engage in workshops, simulations, and networking with IMC professionals, with top performers eligible for a summer internship offer.

Who We're Looking For
- Students graduating in 2028 or 2029 from Australian or New Zealand universities.
- Academic background in math, statistics, physics, computer science, or related fields.
- Minimum high distinction average or equivalent required.
- Strong foundations in probability, statistics, and calculus.
- Working knowledge of Python desired but not mandatory.
