Candidate Requirements
- Current university student graduating between Sep 2027 and Jul 2028 in a quantitative field.
- Strong analytical skills and desire to solve complex problems.
- Ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive team player willing to ask questions and learn from experience.
- Interest in financial markets; prior knowledge not required.
- Programming experience (Python, Matlab, or R) is a plus.
