Core Responsibilities
- Work with broker and screen traders to optimize trading strategies.
- Interact with brokers to make markets and provide liquidity.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers.

- Develop and enhance trading models, algorithms, and risk management.

Skills and Experience
- Recent or upcoming graduate (May 2025 - July 2026) in finance, economics, mathematics, or related field.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Genuine interest in financial markets; no prior experience required.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
- Python programming experience is advantageous.

Employment Details
- Full-time start in August 2026.
