Hardware Engineer Intern

Join IMC's Hardware Engineer Internship in Amsterdam to gain hands-on FPGA development experience, collaborate with trading and tech teams, and receive mentorship and comprehensive support. The internship lasts 3 to 6 months between April and September 2027.

Responsibilities

  • Work with latest FPGA technology and write fluent code.
  • Participate in pair programming and peer reviews.
  • Identify, implement, and validate hardware changes.
  • Attend workshops, training, and social activities with the cohort.

Requirements

  • Penultimate year student in Computer Science, Software or Electrical Engineering, graduating 2028.
  • Familiarity with hardware descriptive languages (VHDL, Verilog, SystemVerilog).
  • Preferred proficiency in C++ or Python programming.
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability.
  • Interest in financial markets; no prior experience required.
