Core Responsibilities

  • Research and test data-driven trading ideas.
  • Analyze large datasets from cryptocurrency exchanges, DeFi protocols, and financial markets.
  • Build, test, and improve models, signals, and algorithms for trading strategies.
  • Utilize IMC’s data, software, and high-performance computing infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with researchers, developers, and engineers to deploy strategies.

Skills and Experience

  • Final-year student or recent graduate in quantitative fields like Mathematics or Computer Science.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with quick learning ability.
  • Programming experience, ideally in Python; C++ familiarity is a plus.
  • Genuine interest in financial markets, trading, crypto, or DeFi.
  • Comfortable working with data and applying quantitative methods.
