Program Details
- Six-week Global Trainee Programme with engineers and traders from Europe, US, and Asia-Pacific.
- Training covers trading, financial markets, IMC strategies, and proprietary systems.
- Continued training and mentorship at local office with experienced quant researcher.
- Full-time start dates in February or August 2027.
- Mandatory training in the US requires ability to obtain US business visa.

Core Responsibilities
- Collaborate with traders to evaluate and improve existing models.
- Build customized analysis tools for new research ideas.
- Apply quantitative techniques to solve complex problems.
- Design mathematical models based on innovative trading ideas.
- Implement and deploy new models into production.

Requirements
- In final year of MSc or PhD in mathematics, physics, astrophysics, or related quantitative field.
- Experience in programming languages such as Python, Matlab, or C++.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Genuine interest in financial markets; prior experience not required.
- Eligible to obtain US business visa for training program.
