Women in Trading and Technology Program - 2026

About the role

A two-day, fully in-person Mumbai immersion program for women engineering and mathematics students graduating in 2029. Participants gain exposure to trading, technology, and quantitative research through workshops, trading simulations, coding and quant assessments, and interaction with IMC leaders and teams.

Program Experience

• Attend interactive workshops introducing IMC technology, software development, quantitative research, trading simulations, trading games, and performance engineering.
• Interact directly with IMC leadership, researchers, traders, engineers, and other participating students.
• Build connections with women from different colleges who share an interest in trading and technology.
• IMC covers two-way flight tickets and accommodation for every selected participant.

Eligibility

• Open to women enrolled in a full-time B.Tech, BE, Dual Degree, or B.S. Mathematics course.
• Applicants must graduate in 2029 and attend one of the 23 IITs or BITS Pilani or Goa campus.
• Applicants should demonstrate excellence in academic or professional pursuits and interest in trading or technology.
• There is no CGPA cutoff or branch restriction.

Selection Process

• Submit an application and resume between October 6 and October 20, 2026.
• Complete an online assessment covering coding and quantitative or trading-domain questions.
• Attend a virtual screening interview.
• Final selection considers performance across all three rounds.
