Role Responsibilities

Apprenticeship Details

  • Complete Customer Service in Financial Services Sector apprenticeship (SCQF level 6).
  • Dedicated off-phone study time included in 35-hour work week.
  • Portfolio of learning and assignments to complete.
  • Observations and feedback from a Talent Coach.
  • Programme duration: 12–18 months, commitment required for 18 months.

Training Program

  • Up to 15 weeks of 100% office-based training in an academy setting.
  • Training hours: Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm.
  • Learn how to support customers before taking live calls.
  • First live calls supported by a peer coach.
  • Holiday during training discouraged but can be discussed.

Pay, Hours and Benefits

  • Salary: £25,000 for 35 hours per week.
  • Two fixed pay increments of £750 in year one after probation and competency assessment.
