Role Responsibilities

Apprenticeship Details
- Complete Customer Service in Financial Services Sector apprenticeship (SCQF level 6).
- Dedicated off-phone study time included in 35-hour work week.
- Portfolio of learning and assignments to complete.
- Observations and feedback from a Talent Coach.
- Programme duration: 12–18 months, commitment required for 18 months.

Training Program
- Up to 15 weeks of 100% office-based training in an academy setting.
- Training hours: Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm.
- Learn how to support customers before taking live calls.
- First live calls supported by a peer coach.
- Holiday during training discouraged but can be discussed.

Pay, Hours and Benefits
- Salary: £25,000 for 35 hours per week.
- Two fixed pay increments of £750 in year one after probation and competency assessment.
- 25 days paid holiday plus bank holidays.
