Responsibilities
- Assist with out-of-court restructuring advisory services.
- Support distressed M&A advisory and complex negotiations.
- Advise on debt and equity raising in stressed situations.
- Work as part of deal teams including senior professionals.
- Gain exposure to various financial advisory and investment banking products.

Requirements
- Strong academic track record required.
- Genuine interest in financial restructuring and complex transactions.
- Experience in leveraged finance or financial restructuring preferred.
- Understanding of valuation theory and methodologies.
- Strong quantitative, financial, LBO, and DCF modeling skills.
