Off-Cycle Intern, Financial and Valuation Advisory - London

About the role

Six-month London internship in Houlihan Lokey’s Financial and Valuation Advisory team, supporting investment bankers on valuation and transaction assignments across industries. Interns prepare client materials, perform market, industry and company analysis, and develop financial modelling and valuation experience, receiving on-the-job training with exposure comparable to a first-year analyst.

Responsibilities

• Prepare materials for clients across valuation and transaction assignments.
• Conduct market, industry and company analyses to support advisory work.
• Perform financial modelling and valuation analyses using relevant methodologies.
• Work collaboratively as part of project teams on client assignments.
• Gain exposure to complex businesses, securities and transaction structures.

Role and Training

• Work alongside investment bankers in Houlihan Lokey’s London Financial and Valuation Advisory team.
• Complete a full-time six-month internship in a demanding, rapidly changing environment.
• Receive on-the-job training with exposure comparable to a first-year analyst.
