About the role
Houlihan Lokey’s four-day Spring Insight Week introduces UK university students graduating in 2029 to Corporate Finance and investment banking. Participants learn from bankers and senior leaders, shadow junior professionals, complete technical and soft-skills workshops, present case studies, and network. Strong performers may be fast-tracked to the 2028 Summer Financial Analyst internship assessment centre.
Program Activities
- Learn about Houlihan Lokey’s Corporate Finance business and investment banking from experienced bankers.
- Hear from senior business leaders about their roles and team development.
- Shadow junior Corporate Finance bankers to understand their day-to-day responsibilities.
- Attend practical technical and soft-skills workshops.
- Present case studies to senior business leaders, demonstrating problem-solving abilities.
- Network with bankers and attend a social event.
Requirements
- Attend university in the UK and graduate in 2029.
- Demonstrate knowledge of or exposure to investment banking through academic work or independent research.
- Show strong quantitative, analytical, accuracy, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities.
- Work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Be proactive and performance-driven; availability is required for the entire program.
