Q2 2027 Off-Cycle Internship - Corporate Finance (Technology)

About the role

Join Houlihan Lokey’s Corporate Finance Technology team in Frankfurt for a Q2 2027 off-cycle internship. You will receive first-year Analyst-level exposure while supporting pitch and client materials, market analysis, financial modelling, valuation, due diligence, and live buy-side and sell-side transactions across the technology sector.

Responsibilities

• Prepare pitch materials and other client materials for Corporate Finance engagements.
• Conduct market, industry, and company analyses across the technology sector.
• Build financial models and perform valuation analyses using relevant methodologies.
• Support due diligence for buy-side and sell-side processes.
• Work as part of project teams on live transactions.

Team

• The Technology Team provides advisory services to domestic and international technology-sector clients.
• The Corporate Finance business advises on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, financing, and related transactions.

Program Timing

• The internship takes place during Q2 2027.
• Interns gain meaningful on-the-job experience and exposure similar to a first-year Analyst.
