Responsibilities
- Assist with creditor- and debtor-side restructurings and distressed M&A.
- Advise companies in out-of-court and in-court restructurings.
- Support raising debt and equity financings.
- Provide distressed M&A advisory services.
- Participate in complex client negotiations.

Requirements
- Strong academic record, pursuing or holding 2:1 degree in accounting, economics, or finance.
- Interest in restructuring and quick learner in unstructured environments.
- Prior investment banking internship desirable but not essential.
- Thorough understanding of valuation theory and methodologies.
- Strong quantitative, financial, LBO, and DCF modeling skills.
