Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze historical and projected financial data.
- Create detailed financial models for M&A transactions.
- Coordinate and perform business due diligence processes.
- Prepare confidential information memoranda and client presentations.
- Conduct sector, company, and buyer research.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Recent undergraduate or postgraduate graduate, ideally winter 2025/26.
- Strong academic record with 75+ WAM, preferably in Accounting, Economics, or Finance.
- Minimum 3 months internship in M&A or related fields like Private Equity.
- Strong understanding of valuation theory and methodologies.
- Excellent English communication skills; additional languages advantageous.
