• Support portfolio valuation teams valuing illiquid debt and equity securities for alternative asset managers.
• Analyze financial statements, market data, industry conditions, transactions, and investment attributes.
• Review investment memoranda, board presentations, agreements, financial models, filings, research, and Bloomberg data.
• Identify comparable companies and transactions; construct valuation analyses using proprietary financial models.
• Prepare client deliverables, present analyses, participate in due diligence, and respond to auditor questions.
• Support proposals, marketing initiatives, invoicing, working papers, compliance closeout, and ad hoc project research.
