About the role

Summer Financial Analyst opportunity with Houlihan Lokey’s Corporate Valuation Advisory Services team in Dallas. The role supports business and intangible asset valuations for transactions, financial and tax reporting, and management planning through financial modeling, statement analysis, industry research, and transaction analysis.

Role and Team

• Support business and intangible asset valuations for mergers and acquisitions, financial reporting, tax reporting, and management planning.
• Work with private equity and corporate clients across a wide range of industries.
• Collaborate with experienced professionals and senior officers on complex transactions and valuation assignments.

Responsibilities

• Develop complex financial models and analyze financial statements.
• Assess industry conditions, developments, acquisitions, and divestitures.
• Analyze investment attributes of publicly traded and privately held securities.
• Participate in the firm’s marketing efforts.
