About the role

Join Houlihan Lokey as an Investment Banking Financial Analyst in Washington DC, focusing on Aerospace & Defence within Industrials. Support M&A, capital raising, and strategic advisory with financial analysis and valuation.

Role Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial information for companies in the Aerospace & Defence industry.
• Perform company valuations using traditional methodologies.
• Prepare offering memorandums, management presentations, and marketing materials.
• Assist in marketing and planning of engagements on a limited basis.

Basic Qualifications

• Pursuing Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, graduating between Dec 2026 and Jun 2027.
• Prior investment banking internship experience required.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in Aerospace and Defence sector.

Preferred Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Undergraduate coursework in accounting and finance.
• Strong analytical and financial skills.
• Understanding of valuation theory and methodologies.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work cooperatively with all staff levels.
