Role Responsibilities
- Drive sell-side M&A processes from mandate to closing.
- Build and own financial models and valuations.
- Prepare client materials like CIMs and management presentations.
- Work directly with Managing Directors and Vice Presidents.
- Engage in competitive sell-side processes for private capital firms.

Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree graduating between Dec 2025 and June 2026.
- Intellectual curiosity about private markets and GP economics.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong work ethic and ownership of work product.
- Preferred: financial modeling and valuation skills.
