Responsibilities
- Advise clients in out-of-court and Chapter 11 restructurings.
- Assist with debt and equity financings.
- Support distressed M&A advisory services.
- Engage in special-situation principal investing.
- Participate in complex negotiations on clients' behalf.
- Work within deal teams including senior bankers.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Applied Economics required.
- Coursework in accounting and finance mandatory.
- Graduation between December 2026 and June 2027.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong financial and computer skills recommended.
- Fundamental understanding of valuation theory and methodologies.
- Ability to work cooperatively with all staff levels.
- Strong analytical and communication skills required.
Compensation and Benefits
