Financial Analyst opportunity in Houlihan Lokey’s Capital Solutions Group, supporting private equity secondary transactions from origination through closing. The West Palm Beach role involves financial modelling, valuation, diligence, client materials, market analysis, and client interaction. Role and Responsibilities

• Build and maintain bottom-up three-statement, LBO, and fund-level GP/LP waterfall models.
• Perform detailed valuation analyses and conduct due diligence on portfolio companies and GP managers.
• Support transaction execution from origination through closing across multiple secondary transaction types.
• Prepare Confidential Information Memoranda, management presentations, pitch books, and other client materials.
• Engage with GP clients, support deal processes, and participate in buyer discussions.
• Analyse private equity and secondary-market trends, including evolving transaction structures.

Team and Location

• Join the Secondary Solutions Group within Houlihan Lokey’s Capital Solutions business.
• Work alongside senior and mid-level investment banking professionals on live deals and preparation activities.
• Support GP-led transactions, LP portfolio sales, and fund interest transfers.
• Collaborate with industry coverage, mergers and acquisitions, and financial restructuring teams.
• The role is based in Houlihan Lokey’s forthcoming West Palm Beach office.
