Summer Financial Analyst in Houlihan Lokey’s New York Real Estate, Lodging & Leisure Investment Banking Group. The role supports active engagements, business development, M&A, capital raising, valuation, and client work, offering exposure to financial advisory and investment banking products across the real estate industry.

Responsibilities

• Analyze historical and projected financial information and help explain key findings.
• Support business due diligence, M&A execution, and capital-raising transactions.
• Prepare confidential information memoranda, management presentations, marketing pitches, and other presentations.
• Value real estate companies, businesses, and assets using relevant methodologies.
• Assist with engagement marketing and planning activities.
• Build relationships with clients, prospective clients, and professional advisors.
